This Just In: June 11, 2026
“We’re just normal men” edition.
You may have noticed that This Just In did not manifest itself on the website last week. That is because it was a very light week in terms of new arrivals for warehouse distribution. Well, this week more than makes up for that—the influx of new titles to be shipped to fans (like you!) ended up being so big that we have to split it across two weeks.
So, stay tuned for next week’s entry, when you’ll learn what else will be arriving in your parcel locker soon. This week, we walk through all the normal, standard editions that are now in the house. (The warehouse, that is.) Next time, we’ll hit the Collector’s Editions.

Pinball FX: Williams Pinball Anthology Vol. 1 & 2
Some people will write off the entire concept of a pinball video game sight unseen, simply because pinball is such a physical, tactile experience. The resistance of the flippers, the shuddering of the table, the complex interactions of a steel ball and all manner of rubberized and mechanical components. And, sure, there’s something to be said for the real thing. But the Pinball FX series gets as close to that real thing as you could possibly hope for, and it recreates a bunch of classic tables with loving care and precision. It is, in fact, great stuff. Packed with tables and properties that you probably know and love!

Mika and the Witch’s Mountain
This indie fantasy life sim-type adventure got its start on Kickstarter, promising a wholesome experience in the vein of Kiki’s Delivery Service (you play as a young witch who delivers packages to people), charming graphics, and loads of customization and overall charm. And you know what? Just like your young protagonist here, developer Nukefist delivered. Eh? Delivered? See what we did there?

Fear Effect 2
The original Fear Effect showed up at the warehouse recently. And now—the sequel! With hardly any waiting time in between. That’s service for ya. Fear Effect 2 builds on the principles of the original game (cel-shaded characters making their way through gorgeous animated FMV environments, multiple lead characters, and a gritty tone in the tradition of French bande dessinée) by adding more of it: more characters, better graphics, sexier, and more violent—also in the tradition of French bande dessinée.

Outlaws
Back when everyone called the FPS “DOOM clones,” LucasArts made one that stood out from the rest by taking place in the Old West. That means no plasma rifles or BFGs, just revolvers and shotguns and the occasional heavy Gatling. It also means that there are no high-tech medpaks, and your old-timey lawkeeper will go down pretty fast to just a few gaping bullet holes. One of the most inventive (and innovative!) shooters of the ’90s.

Formation Z
And finally, a distro title: Formation Z. There’s plenty to say about this one! But you’ll have to wait until we tackle the Collector’s Edition next week.
