For anyone who purchased all four Jak & Daxter games (standard or Collector’s Edition) directly from our site, we will reach out to you via email (from Limited Run Games Support) regarding the details of your Jak 4 commemorative case and digital theme code sealed inside. You can expect to receive an email from from either orders@limitedrungames.com or Sarah (our Support lead). Please note that the delivery of the cases could ship in Q1 2020, although we may begin the process earlier... and keep an eye on your junk folder! If you haven’t received an email by November 25th and you know you’ve purchased all four Jak & Daxter games from us then please open a ticket at limitedrungames.freshdesk.com

We are giving a chance to those who may have missed any one Jak release from limitedrungames.com so we have ordered a small amount of additional cases to cover some of these - please keep in mind there will be a limited amount of these.

So if you purchased three Jak Collector’s Editions/standard editions from Limited Run Games BUT had to get the fourth Jak item from a third-party reseller then please open a ticket at limitedrungames.freshdesk.com with your proof of purchase and please include the original Shopify order number. You may need to contact the seller you purchased your copy from so they can provide the Shopify order number. If you have any issues getting this Shopify order number then you can still open a ticket and we can investigate further. Please note that your name and email address on the receipt must match the name and email address we have on file for the three LRG Jak & Daxter purchases. Please note that you’ll have until December 2nd to submit your ticket with LRG Support.
