Limited Run Stay-at-Home Operations Update
March 27 2020
A message to Limited Run fans —
In compliance with our local government, we are obeying Wake County’s stay-at-home order for non-essential businesses which started today at 5PM Eastern Time.
All shipping operations will cease until the stay-at-home order is lifted on April 17th (we will update you if this is pushed back further). Once the stay-at-home order has been lifted, we will be tapping into a local fulfillment center to increase our capacity to ship and ensure that there has been no noticeable gap in our fulfillment efforts. Please be aware that any in-hand items will not ship until we are able to return to work.
During this time, we will continue to take orders through our site. Wherever we can, we have moved to open pre-orders and extended pre-order windows to allow more time for purchasing decisions. We hope you can understand our decision to continue selling games at this time — we are paying our entire staff during this stay-at-home order, including those whose jobs are not possible from home as well as our part-time hourly staff. Continuing as planned with our release schedule will ensure that we can continue paying our team through the duration of this situation.
Please also note that during this stay-at-home order, our Support staff will not be in-office to send replacements or process returns. We recommend that you keep hold of anything that you’d like to replace or return until after April 17th, that way it will not be lost in the mix. Someone will be at the office to accept returns and deliveries, so any packages that are en route will not be missed.
Lastly, we’d like to take this time to thank all the essential workers — healthcare & childcare workers, grocery store employees, and more — including those in our LRG community. We stay at home so that you can work more safely.
We thank you for your understanding and patience, and wish you and your loved ones the best of health.
— Josh Fairhurst, Douglas Bogart, & Limited Run staff
