While we fine-tune the new Sonic X Shadow Generations Special Edition statue, your questions continue to stream in. And you know what that means: yes, it’s once again time to open up our giant bag of letters and address them.

Swaggy:

What is Limited Run actively committing to change about the production of your sets of exclusive deals to prevent such large delays?

LRG:

Well, there’s no single thing that’s being changed. It’s more a system-wide overhaul. Showing promotional images of goods that are based on production pieces rather than concept renders. Building longer lead times in the pre-launch to allow us more opportunity to review and refine goods while shortening the time between presales and delivery. Working more closely with partners to gather feedback and improve the end results of our projects. Things like that.

PowPop!:

I received the previous statue, and from my understanding from the prior emails there is nothing on my end I have to do to receive the new one. I wanted to confirm this with you, is this true?

LRG:

That is 100% correct. People who received the original take on the Collector’s Edition will still receive the new statue. Your name is in our system, and that means that once the final statues arrive, one of them will in turn have your name on it.

James:

Will I be receiving the new Shadow X Sonic Generations statue with my EU UK Pre-Order, as I have not received the Collector’s Edition at all?

LRG:

No need to worry—we paused Collector’s Edition shipments once we spotted the issues with the statue, and most people haven’t received one. So once the overhauled statue is complete, you’ll receive your entire Collector’s Edition in one shot.

Avian:

Sup limited run, are Shadow’s eyes fixed? 🤔 they look very odd in the original statue.

LRG:

As you can see from our update a few weeks ago, all paint apps have been revisited and improved. That does indeed include Shadow’s eyes.

Katie:

Will I be able to change the shipping address? I’m moving and because of the production delay I wont be at my current address once it releases.

LRG:

Our close personal friends who manage the Support Center can help you with any updates you need to make. Just let them know once you have that new address dialed in.

Who's do you think is cooler? Sonic or Shadow?

LRG:

You can’t ask us to pick a favorite child! Anyway, we all know the answer is Knuckles.
